Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a people-focused leader to oversee real-world DashMart operations and lead a high-performing team across multiple sites. You will recruit, coach, and retain site leaders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a safe, efficient store environment.

You will drive process improvements, manage change, and collaborate with central teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. 3+ years in operations and multi-site leadership are required, with a strong data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience in Operations, Retail/Warehouse Management, Strategy or related field.
• Experience leading 15+ employees and multi-locations.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including non-traditional hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team across 4–6 DashMart locations.
• Own day-to-day onsite operations ensuring quality, efficiency, safety, and profitability.
• Drive process improvements and cross-functional projects.
• Support market expansion and scaling with best practices.
• Manage site culture and change management.
