DoorDash DashMart is seeking a people-focused operations leader to oversee 4–6 DashMart locations in the United States. You will recruit, coach and retain a high-performing team of Site Managers, Shift Leads, and Operations Associates while ensuring smooth, safe daily operations.

You will drive market performance by identifying opportunities, implementing best practices, and collaborating with central teams to enhance the customer experience across all orders.
