Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a people-focused operations leader to manage 4–6 DashMart locations onsite, directing a team of Site Managers and 30+ indirect reports. You will own daily operations, drive efficiency, safety, and profitability while coaching staff to deliver exceptional order fulfillment experience.

Responsibilities include piloting process improvements with cross-functional partners, shaping culture, and ensuring a high-performance environment that scales with demand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Operations, Retail/Warehouse Management, Strategy or related field.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays, onsite regularly.
• Data-driven problem solving with strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 4–6 DashMart locations with 30+ indirect reports.
• Own day-to-day onsite operations ensuring safety, efficiency and profitability.
• Drive process improvements and cross-functional pilots to boost operational KPI.
• Shape site culture and change management, empowering frontline teams.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience on every order.
