Job summary

DoorDash’s DashMart is seeking a people-focused operations leader to oversee 4–6 DashMart locations onsite, directing a team of 4+ site managers and 30+ indirect reports. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure safety and efficiency, and drive profitability while upholding high service standards.

You’ll lead change, implement growth plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, retail/warehouse management, or related field.
• Experience leading teams and multi-site operations.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing team (4+ direct reports, 30+ indirect).
• Oversee day-to-day operations onsite for 4–6 DashMart locations; ensure efficiency, safety and profitability.
