Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a people-focused leader to head DashMart facilities. You will recruit, coach, and retain a large team, while owning day-to-day onsite operations across 4–6 DashMart locations.

You will drive efficiency, culture, and customer delight, with strategic change management and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires 3+ years in Operations or related field, willingness to work non-traditional hours, and ability to manage a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, retail/warehouse management, or related field.
• Proven leadership with experience managing teams and multi-location operations.
• Comfort with non-traditional hours and a flexible onsite schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team across 4–6 DashMart locations onsite.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and profitability.
• Drive process improvements and cross-functional projects to raise operational performance.
