Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a hands-on Site Leader to oversee DashMart facilities. You will manage 4–6 locations onsite, driving daily operations, safety, and profitability in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

You’ll recruit and coach a team of Site Managers and staff, own process improvements, and align frontline work with cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional customer experience and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Operations, Retail/Warehouse Management, Strategy or related field.
• Ability to manage 4+ direct reports and 30+ indirect reports across multiple sites.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including non-traditional hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and market growth.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach and retain a high-performing team of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Shift Leads and Operations Associates.
• Spend most time onsite managing day-to-day operations of 4–6 DashMart locations to ensure processes run smoothly and safely.
• Monitor market metrics like quality, storefront reliability, efficiency and profitability; identify opportunities and implement growth plans.
• Lead process-improvement pilots and cross-functional projects to boost operational efficiency while maintaining great employee experience.
• Drive culture change and frontline feedback to inform cross-functional decisions.
