Job summary

DoorDash’s DashMart is seeking a people-focused operations leader to manage 4–6 DashMart locations onsite. You’ll recruit, coach and retain a high-performing team across 4+ direct reports and 30+ indirect reports, owning day-to-day store operations, safety, and performance metrics.

You’ll drive process improvements, scale sites to meet demand, and engage cross-functional partners to maintain a high-quality customer experience. 3+ years in operations or retail leadership required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Operations, Retail/Warehouse/Strategy or related field.
• Experience leading teams and multi-site operations.
• Ability to drive process improvements and operational scaling.
• Comfort with flexible, non-traditional hours.
