Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a people-focused leader and experienced operations specialist to oversee 4-6 DashMart locations onsite, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day operations.

You will recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team, drive key metrics, and partner with central teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences across all orders.

This role requires 24/7 availability, strong data skills, and a track record of leading multi-site teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, retail/warehouse management, or strategy.
• Experience leading 15+ employees across multiple sites.
• Must be able to work on a 24/7 schedule and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a multi-site team including 4+ direct reports.
• Oversee day-to-day operations onsite for 4-6 locations.
• Drive metrics across quality, storefront reliability, efficiency, and profitability.
• Implement growth plans and process improvements.
• Own site culture and change management.
