DoorDash is seeking a people-focused leader to oversee 4–6 DashMart locations. You will recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team while managing day-to-day operations onsite, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Operations, Retail/Warehouse Management, Strategy or related field.
• Willing to work non-traditional hours and be onsite regularly.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team across DashMart facilities (4+ direct reports, 30+ indirect reports).
• Oversee day-to-day operations onsite at 4–6 locations, ensuring processes are smooth, safe and efficient.
• Drive operational efficiency, quality, and profitability through growth plans and best practices.
• Own site culture and change management, engaging frontline teams and cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with central teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences on every order.
