Job summary

DoorDash’s DashMart is seeking a people-focused operations leader to oversee 4–6 DashMart locations, recruit and coach a team of site managers and shift leads, and ensure safe, efficient day-to-day operations.

You will own market metrics, drive process improvements with cross-functional partners, and shape culture and change management while delivering outstanding customer experiences across orders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Operations, Retail/Warehouse Management, Strategy or related field.
• Experience leading teams and multi-location sites.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team across 4–6 DashMart locations.
• Manage day-to-day onsite operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and quality.
• Drive market metrics (quality, storefront reliability, profitability) and growth plans.
• Lead process improvement pilots and cross-functional projects for efficiency.
• Champion site culture and change management with frontline insights.
• Partner with central teams to deliver best customer experiences.
