Job summary

Canon USA is seeking an on-site support associate to deliver prompt customer service across multiple locations within the region. The role requires flexibility to cover various sites and duties including Copy/Print, Mail/Courier, Reception, Shipping/Receiving, and Inventory, with cross-functional training for coverage when needed.

Applicants should have an HS Diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and be willing to learn and adapt.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Must be willing to learn new skills and interact with new teams on a regular basis.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work OT as needed.
• Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises.
• May require driving between multiple client locations, may also require a personal vehicle (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and flexible on-site service across multiple sites.
• Inform supervisor of potential problems or client requests via various channels.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and assist with site coverage tasks.
• Contribute to creating and updating the Site Procedure Guide.
• Handle Copy/Print Production, Mail/Courier, Reception/Office, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory and Warehouse duties as assigned.
• Attend cross-functional trainings to cover for short-staffed periods.
• Be available for site coverage and schedule/location changes on short notice.
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure smooth transitions with minimal client impact.
