Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a versatile on-site associate to provide prompt, customer-focused service across multiple sites in the region. You will support Copy/Print, Mail, Reception, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory, and other office services as needed.

The role requires flexibility to cover various locations, respond to client requests, and maintain high service standards. A high school diploma or GED is required, with driving between client sites and lifting up to 50 lbs expected.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to learn new skills and interact with new teams regularly.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• OT availability as needed.
• May require driving between multiple client locations; valid driver’s license needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt delivery of on-site work assignments with customer service focus.
• Inform supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Respond to management and client requests via email, phone, text and verbally.
• Assist in creation of Site Procedure Guide and ensure proper recording of account processes.
• Cover various functions (Copy/Print, Mail/Courier, Reception, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory, etc.) at assigned location.
• Attend trainings to cover when short-staffed and support smooth transitions between client teams.
