Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a versatile, customer-focused role responsible for a variety of on-site tasks including print production, mail services, reception, and inventory support.

Flexibility to cover multiple sites within the region is required, along with strong communication to manage client expectations. The role emphasizes prompt responses to inquiries, quality control, and collaboration with account teams to ensure seamless service delivery across locations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience.
• Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Must be willing to learn new skills and interact with new teams on a regular basis.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work OT as needed.
• Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises.
• May require driving between multiple client locations, may also require a personal vehicle (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties.

Responsibilities

• Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Reviews and responds to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal.
• Provide strong customer service focus across sites.
• Contribute to creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are documented.
• Cover various areas (Copy/Print Production, Copy Center, Mail/Courier, Reception, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory, Warehouse, File Room) as assigned.
• Attend cross-functional trainings to ensure coverage when short-staffed.
• Provide site coverage and adapt schedule/location on short notice.
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure smooth transition of responsibility with minimal client impact.
