Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a flexible, customer‑focused employee to provide on-site coverage across multiple locations. The role involves diverse duties from copy/print and mail to front desk and records, with an emphasis on quick response to requests and maintaining high service quality.

The position requires basic computer skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Local travel between client sites may be necessary, and OT could be required.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills/technical knowledge.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and work with multiple teams.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and OT as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk, reach and pull for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt site coverage and customer service across multiple locations.
• Inform supervisor of potential problems or client concerns.
• Review management and client requests via emails, calls, texts, and in person.
• Assist in creating and following Site Procedure Guides and account processes.
• Perform duties across Copy/Print, Mail/Courier, Reception, Records, and related services as needed.
• Attend cross-functional trainings to ensure readiness when short-staffed.
