Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a customer-facing on-site associate to deliver services at client locations and ensure satisfaction through prompt communication and reliable support.

Role requires HS diploma and basic computer skills, with the ability to multitask, work overtime, and lift up to 50 lbs. Driving between client sites may be required; local travel and standing for long periods are expected.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Respond to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal.
• Provide good customer service.
• Contribute to the Site Procedure Guide to document account processes.
• Support Copy/Print Production, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier, Reception, Shipping, Inventory, Warehouse, File Room as needed.
• Attend cross-functional trainings to cover when short-staffed.
• Site responsibility and coverage may change based on client/division needs.
