Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an on-site team member to deliver prompt service across multiple site locations. You will cover Copy/Print, Mail, Reception, and related office services while ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations.

Role requires flexibility to relocate between client sites, OT as needed, and adherence to customer policies including security clearances. Competitive hourly rate provided.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• Less than one year of related experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work overtime and travel between client locations.
• Must obtain required security/clearances as per customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt on-site coverage across multiple locations and roles.
• Perform Copy/Print Production tasks including prepping and quality checks.
• Handle Mail/Courier Services, reception duties, and file/records management.
• Maintain equipment, tracks service and inventory, and respond to customer inquiries.
