Job summary

Canon USA is seeking a flexible, customer-focused individual to provide on-site front-desk and support services across multiple client locations in the region. The role emphasizes prompt, accurate service and collaboration with account teams.

Responsibilities include Copy/Print production, Mail/Courier handling, Reception duties, File and Records management, and general device maintenance. Candidates should be able to travel as needed and adapt to shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide high-quality customer service to clients.
• Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple site duties.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn new skills and work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service at assigned sites.
• Cover various duties: Copy/Print, Mail/Courier, Reception, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory, and File/Records as needed.
• Inform supervisor of issues and respond to client requests via email, phone, or in person.
• Maintain and operate reprographic and office equipment; log activity and fulfill requests.
• Move between client locations and adapt to changing schedules or locations.
