Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a customer-facing operations associate to support site workflows, coordinate tasks, and ensure responsibilities are met within SLA constraints.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to inform supervisors of issues, and hands-on duties across Copy/Print, Mail, Reception, and Inventory Services as needed.

A HS diploma and 1–2 years in customer service are expected, with willingness to work OT and travel between client locations if required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
• Prior experience in a customer service environment.
• Good computer skills/technical knowledge; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision; OT as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inform supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Review and respond to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, texts and verbal.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with client and staff.
• Oversee and manage daily/monthly records on service activity.
• Assist with Copy/Print Production/Copy Center, Copier maintenance, Mail/Courier, Reception and related duties as needed.
• Attend cross-functional trainings to provide coverage when short-staffed.
• Site responsibility and coverage location may change based on client/division needs.
