Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an on-site Services Associate to support multiple client locations in Oaks, PA. You will deliver prompt, courteous customer service while handling front desk duties, copy/print, mail, and shipping tasks.

Flexibility to cover different sites, work overtime as needed, lift up to 50 lbs, and obtain required clearances is essential. A HS diploma or GED is required; prior experience in office services and reception is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Must be willing to learn new skills and interact with new teams on a regular basis.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work OT as needed.
• Required to obtain security/other clearances to enter customer premises.
• May require driving between client locations and a personal vehicle with valid license.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site coverage across assigned locations and functions.
• Handle Copy/Print Production/Copy Center duties with accuracy and speed.
• Manage Mail/Courier Services and track shipments and inquiries.
• Perform Reception/Office Services tasks and front-desk duties.
• Maintain File Room/Records and coordinate projects.
• Oversee Device Maintenance and routine upkeep of reprographic equipment.
• Support Shipping/Receiving and inventory processes.
• Assist Inventory Services with stock levels and audits.
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure smooth transitions and service quality.
