Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. seeks a Site Coordinator for multi-site support, managing mail, copy, imaging and related services. The role requires handling daily operations at a solo-site level, with occasional coverage at other locations to support leadership and customer needs.

You will operate office equipment, coordinate shipments, and uphold Ricoh Service Excellence while ensuring cost-effective use of supplies. A background in customer-facing roles and basic tech understanding is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical).
• Previous 1+ year Customer facing work experience required.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations of a mail room, copy center, or scanning facility including operating office equipment such as PC, Copiers, Multifunction Devices, Imaging & Mail Equipment.
• May be responsible for Courier Services, Reception Services, Switchboard Operations, Shipping & Receiving, Delivering and Processing of Mail.
• Communicates with the customer as needed and ensures effective implementation of Ricoh Service Excellence.
• Operates required equipment/software to achieve SBOs/SLAs and monitors cost of goods to use materials efficiently.
• May interact with vendors and facility management; maintain inventory and prepare monthly reports for leadership.
