Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a Site Coordinator in Atlanta to oversee the daily operations of a single-person site. The role includes managing mailroom, copy and imaging services, and coordinating with vendors while maintaining customer relationships.

You will operate multi-function devices, coordinate conference rooms, and monitor service levels to meet SLAs. The position requires basic technical aptitude and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical environment).
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of a mailroom, copy center, or scanning facility.
• Operate office equipment including PCs, copiers, MFDs, imaging equipment, and mailroom equipment.
• Collaborate with contracted vendors, facility management, and building occupants.
• Maintain daily communication with customers and provide operational data to leadership.
• Ensure SLAs are met and assist in preparing monthly customer reports.
