The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience in a related field, strong communication skills, and a basic technical aptitude. This full-time role offers exposure to service excellence programs and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school or GED is required.
• 1+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical).
• Previous 1+ year Customer facing work experience required.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily mail room, copy center, or scanning facility operations.
• Operate office equipment such as PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging and mail systems.
• Support courier, reception, switchboard, and shipping/receiving duties as needed.
• Communicate with customers and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Maintain data for leadership reports and assist with cost control measures.
