Ricoh Company, Ltd. seeks an experienced Senior On-Site Service Specialist to manage on-site copying and finishing tasks, maintenance, and mail-related duties at customer sites. This role includes basic troubleshooting, equipment setup, and coordinating service calls to ensure client needs are met.

The position may involve reception duties, file services, and light building support as needed, with potential travel between buildings to service devices.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate competency in basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Runs high volume/production copy machines and performs binding and finishing.
• Performs setup of equipment per customer instructions (toner, stock paper).
• Performs duties of scanning and/or imaging documents.
• Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies.
• Responds to and coordinates all service calls required by customer.
• Delivers completed jobs to predetermined customer locations.
• May travel between customer's buildings and perform light maintenance.
