You will split time across new sales and tours, resident relations, and leasing administration, using proven sales techniques and CRM tools to manage the process from first contact to lease signing, with a focus on service and retention.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience is preferred.
• Effective communication in English (oral and written).
• Ability to use CRM software and manage schedules.
