Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to promote our brand across assigned communities, drive occupancy, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll split time between new sales, tours, resident relations, and leasing administration, using proven sales techniques and CRM to manage the process.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, English communication skills, and availability on weekends.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Own smartphone use required for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Vivmark Residential’s brand and communities.
• Coordinates on-site presence at properties based on occupancy goals.
• Manages leads and the customer experience using CRM.
• Completes CRM tasks within required timeframes.
• Promotes communities based on prospective residents’ needs.
• Manages tour schedules and demonstrates community features.
• Inspects community product and tour path daily.
• Uses effective selling techniques to close leases.
• Cross-sells within and across sister communities to meet needs.
• Maintains knowledge of all aspects of the community and market trends.
• Supports marketing efforts and resident events.
• Prepares leasing documents accurately and timely.
• Ensures move-in files are complete and compliant.
• Complies with fair housing laws and landlord/tenant regulations.
