Job summary

Vivmark Residential exists to set the mark for what home can be. We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to promote the brand, coordinate onsite schedules at multiple properties, and manage leads through our CRM to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

You will engage with prospective residents, assist with leasing documents, and collaborate with the service and office teams to ensure accurate files and timely follow-ups. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficiency with computers and common software.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Vivmark Residential's brand.
• Coordinates onsite schedule at properties based on occupancy/ revenue goals.
• Manages leads and customer experience using CRM.
• Completes CRM tasks in a timely manner.
• Promotes communities based on prospective residents' needs.
• Supports marketing efforts and resident events.
