Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to promote our communities and drive occupancy across properties. You will conduct tours, qualify prospects, and build rapport to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will manage schedules, support leasing administration, and collaborate with marketing to meet occupancy goals while ensuring compliance with housing laws. Weekend availability and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service experience is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance and reliable transportation if operating a vehicle.
• Computer literacy and effective communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Own smartphone required for certain tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and move around properties.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Vivmark Residential's brand and supports occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manages new sales and tour scheduling from start to finish.
• Delivers high level customer service and resident relations.
• Promotes communities based on prospects' needs.
• Maintains CRM tasks and timely communications.
• Prepares leasing documents and assists with postings to residents.
• Coordinates and supports resident events; assists with move-ins.
