Vivmark Residential in Boston is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and deliver outstanding resident experiences across a defined set of communities.

Reporting to the Community Manager, you will manage tours, leads, and the leasing process using our CRM, coordinate onsite presence, and cross-sell to meet revenue goals. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required. Strong communication and computer skills help you succeed.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required if operating a vehicle.
• Fluent English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Must use a smartphone for work tasks and access company systems.
• Ability to use a computer and read written communications; lift up to 15 pounds.

• Coordinate onsite presence at assigned properties and manage scheduling.
• Proactively manage leads and customer experience using the CRM.
• Complete CRM tasks within the required time frames.
• Promote communities based on residents' needs and preferences.
• Manage tour schedules and maintain knowledge of community offerings.
• Close sales using effective selling techniques and cross-sell as needed.
• Prepare leasing documents and assist with move-ins.
• Support marketing efforts and resident events across properties.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and landlord/tenant laws.
