Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to promote the Vivmark Residential brand and achieve maximum occupancy and revenue across assigned properties. You will manage tours, handle resident relations, and oversee leasing documents while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining in-depth knowledge of each community.

Role involves coordinating onsite presence, following fair housing laws, and supporting marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and speech in English.
• Knowledge of federal, state apartment housing laws is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Vivmark Residential's brand across assigned properties.
• Coordinates schedules for on-site presence to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Manages leads and resident inquiries using CRM systems.
• Completes leasing tasks and documentation in a timely manner.
• Cross-sells units within sister communities to meet resident needs.
• Supports marketing efforts and monitors market trends for occupancy planning.
• Provides leadership and mentorship to Leasing Consultants.
• Communicates with service and office teams and residents.
