Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to promote its communities, manage tours, and deliver a superior customer experience. You will drive occupancy and revenue while maintaining strong resident relations across multiple properties.

The role emphasizes sales skills, CRM-driven lead management, and collaboration with office and service teams to ensure a smooth leasing process and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• English communication skills (oral and written) required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds and navigate stairs where required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Vivmark Residential's brand.
• Coordinates onsite presence at assigned properties and schedules based on occupancy goals.
• Proactively manages leads and uses CRM to deliver excellent customer service.
• Completes leasing documents and moves-in files accurately and on time.
• Cross-sells within and across communities to meet residents' needs.
• Supports community marketing efforts and coordinates resident events.
