Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to promote our brand and maximize occupancy across assigned communities. You will manage tours, nurture leads, and provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current residents.

You will coordinate onsite presence, leverage CRM, and collaborate with marketing to meet occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring a positive resident experience and compliance with fair housing laws.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and English-language written and oral skills.
• Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule.
• Computer literacy and basic CRM usage.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Promote Vivmark Residential’s brand to achieve maximum occupancy and revenue.
• Manage sales process from lead to lease, including tours and follow-up.
• Coordinate onsite presence and schedule for assigned properties.
• Provide excellent resident service and support lease administration.
• Assist marketing and events to drive community occupancy across multiple sites.
