Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to promote our brand and achieve maximum occupancy across assigned communities. You will manage tours, leads, and resident relations, delivering outstanding customer service to prospects and residents.

You’ll balance sales activities with leasing administration, coordinate onsite presence, and support marketing initiatives while ensuring compliance with housing laws and company standards.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience is preferred.
• Computer literacy and effective communication in English.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the Vivmark Residential brand across assigned properties.
• Coordinates schedules for on-site presence at communities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manages leads and CRM tasks; follows up with prospects to close leases.
• Delivers high level customer service to residents and prospective residents.
• Prepares leasing documents and supports marketing efforts at community level.
