Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to promote Equity Residential's brand across a defined set of communities and drive occupancy and revenue. You will manage tours, nurture leads, and deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.

Reporting to the Community/Area Sales Manager, you will coordinate onsite presence, optimize CRM workflows, and maintain a high standard of community readiness and customer experience across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Equity Residential's brand.
• Coordinates onsite presence at assigned properties based on business needs and occupancy/revenue goals.
• Proactively manages leads and customer experience using the CRM at all assigned communities.
• Completes CRM tasks within the appropriate time frame.
• Promotes the communities based on the prospective resident's needs.
• Proactively manages the Tour Schedules.
• Inspects the community ready product.
