Job summary

Staffing Delivered is seeking an Operations Technician – Level 2 to support multiple client environments through remote and onsite projects in a fast-paced MSP setting.

You will administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, and network Troubleshooting, perform device racking and cabling, and document in ITGlue. Travel to client sites may be required, and an on-call rotation is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a multi-client environment, MSP experience preferred.
• Tier 1/2 help desk or technical support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Solid networking fundamentals and troubleshooting ability.
• Experience with a professional ticketing system (ConnectWise, Autotask, ServiceNow, NinjaOne, etc.).
• Experience with remote support tools and documenting work clearly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 technical support with escalation to Tier 3 as needed across client environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365 including user management, licensing, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Manage identities with Entra ID / Azure AD, Intune, and RMM tools like NinjaOne.
• Troubleshoot network issues (switches, firewalls, VLANs) and resolve tickets per SLAs.
• Support end users via remote tools (ScreenConnect, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.).
• Perform onsite work: device setups, rack builds, cabling, hardware replacements.
• Document all work in ITGlue with resolutions, runbooks, and guides.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and travel to client sites as needed.
