Job summary

Logically is seeking a Onsite Managed Services Engineer II to support client environments and ensure reliable IT operations. You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, perform installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on desktops, servers, and networking devices.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with focus on maintaining high CSAT and SLA adherence in a fast-paced MSP setting.

Qualifications

• MSP technical support/troubleshooting experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Exchange, and Office 365 is a plus.
• Onsite client support and adherence to SLAs are expected.

Responsibilities

• Onsite at a client location, Mon–Fri 8AM–5PM Eastern.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to Logically’s customer base.
• Manage tickets and complete tasks to meet project deliverables and SLAs.
• Maintain up to 85% utilization to support KPI attainment and service levels.
• Escalate to Managed Services Engineer I when needed.
• Troubleshoot issues across IT systems and network devices in complex environments.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding in Active Directory and reset passwords.
