Intelligent Technical Solutions is hiring a Technician II to deliver remote IT support and troubleshooting, ensuring high standards of service. You will resolve OS and printer issues, support business apps, and assist with MSP-based workflows.

Expect hands-on duties, on-call rotations, and collaboration with clients. A strong focus on M365, AD, and network basics is required, with certifications preferred. This position offers full-time hours and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
• Minimum two years in Helpdesk support or a similar role.
• Proficient in MS 365, Office applications, and AD management.
• Familiar with MSP environments and remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS issues and printer problems.
• Provide remote IT support and handle standard business applications.
• Support line-of-business apps like SAGE ERP and QuickBooks with vendor assistance.
• Handle basic M365 administration and server/network issues.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours/weekend support.
