Job summary

TeamLogic IT NE Austin is seeking an MSP Level 2 Technician to deliver advanced IT support for SMB clients. You will handle escalations from Level 1, maintain secure client environments, and ensure smooth operations while delivering excellent client experiences.

The role requires off-hours support on occasion, with on-call rotations and travel to client sites as needed. A strong background in Windows servers, virtualization, 365/Azure, and security tooling is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in IT support or MSP environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows server environments and virtualization.
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and Intune.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions (Datto, Veeam).
• Familiarity with IT security tooling (EDR, MDR) and SOC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for servers, networks, and software applications.
• Perform patch management, backup/recovery, and system monitoring.
• Monitor endpoint protection, EDR, MDR, and identity threat detection across clients.
• Support network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs.
• Maintain client relationships with professional, timely support.
• Keep configurations and network details well documented.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours or weekend issues.
