Job summary

TeamLogic IT – Marietta, GA is seeking a Level 1+ IT Support Technician to deliver remote and on-site support for MSP clients. You will troubleshoot Windows 10/11 devices, manage Microsoft 365 issues, and handle basic networking and AD/Entra ID tasks.

This full-time role requires prior Help Desk or MSP experience, strong communication, and the ability to work across multiple client environments in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional Help Desk or MSP experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows-based computers in business environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and basic administration.
• Familiarity with Active Directory / Entra ID and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support to business clients.
• Troubleshoot Windows workstations, printers, and peripherals.
• Install and configure computers and business applications.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and ticket resolutions.
