Job summary

Replika is seeking a Growth Product Manager to own monetization strategy for the app and web funnel. You will design, test, and optimize pricing, paywalls, and subscription mechanics to maximize revenue per user. You’ll partner with product, engineering, and the CEO to move metrics across millions of users.

You will run end-to-end experiments, track outcomes, and scale successful initiatives. The role is fully remote with CET hours and international collaboration across GTM teams.

Qualifications

• A real track record moving revenue and monetization metrics such as ARPU, LTV, conversions.
• Experience monetizing a B2C subscription app or similar product with AI features.
• Strong analytical instincts and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Move predicted revenue per install and per web funnel visitor; own the KPI.
• Run monetization experiments end-to-end: paywalls, pricing, offers, tests.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM teams to scale winning ideas.
• Document specs clearly and maintain an ongoing cadence of tests.
