Cleverside is seeking a Product Manager to own product areas from ideation to measurable results. You will collaborate with engineering, analytics, and UA teams to drive growth and optimize monetization.

Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, running experiments, and shaping roadmaps for leadership. Flexible remote work, training opportunities, and a dynamic team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Game Producer or Product Manager in game development.
• Deep understanding of game economy, balance, and monetization.
• Proven ability to drive growth, revenue and retention improvements.
• Experience building projects from scratch and assessing monetization impact.
• Experience conducting A/B tests with analytics systems.
• Knowledge of game balance and difficulty curves.
• Ability to use product metrics and financials for decisions.
• Bonus: experience in HOG/Puzzles genres with high-traffic projects.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of product areas from ideation through measurable results.
• Identify growth opportunities and optimize products based on data and feedback.
• Adapt products to market needs and user expectations.
• Prioritize features and evaluate impact on monetization and revenue.
• Design, run, and scale A/B tests to optimize functionality.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and UA teams.
• Build products from scratch and scale them further.
• Create and maintain clear product requirements and roadmaps.
