Job summary

Adapty.io seeks a growth-minded professional to manage 30–40 client apps, optimize their subscription funnels, and drive retention and revenue. You’ll analyze paywalls, run A/B tests, and guide clients from onboarding to expansion, acting as the voice of the customer and partnering with product teams to ship impactful improvements.

This role offers flexible remote work with optional onsite in our Belgrade or London offices, and a compensation package tied to results.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with in-app subscriptions and monetization.
• Experience driving growth across UA, funnel optimization, and monetization.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 30-40 clients, guiding retention and growth.
• Onboard new clients and help build their first funnel and paywall.
• Audit client usage, identify adoption gaps, and drive full adoption.
• Run paywall/UA analyses and propose data-driven tests for revenue growth.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and close expansion deals.
• Gather client feedback and relay it to product teams for faster shipping.
• Know the product deeply and address complex use cases without escalation.
