Job summary

Rechat Inc. is seeking a Product Owner focused on conversion and time-to-value. You will own the entire funnel from touchless signup to paid upgrades, including the in-app experience, checkout flow, and proactive retention campaigns.

This role requires shipping monetization surfaces and driving seat-to-paid conversions while enabling branded experiences for brokerages. Remote work is allowed; you will collaborate with a distributed team to maximize activation, reduce friction, and increase

Qualifications

• Must own a conversion or monetization metric for at least two years.
• Experience launching self-serve signup and checkout flows.
• Experience shipping monetization surfaces (paywall, upgrade prompts).
• Ability to run pricing/packaging changes and activation programs.

Responsibilities

• Own touchless signup: self-serve onboarding, trial-to-paid flow.
• Own conversion path outside the app: pricing, signup, trial pages and experiments.
• Own checkout, billing, upgrades and downgrades.
• Own in-product upgrade path: prompts and completion rates.
• Own seat-to-paid conversion for brokerage seats.
• Drive proactive outreach triggered by product behavior (email, SMS, in-app).
• Manage reactivation campaigns to bring dormant users back.
• Create branded onboarding and acquisition experiences for franchises.
