Job summary

Rechat is the AI-native real estate OS for agents, offering marketing, CRM, transactions, and listings. This role owns conversion and time-to-value across signup, trial, upgrade, and checkout, including branded experiences and proactive outreach.

You will own the path from trial to paid, the storefront outside the app, and the in-product prompts that accelerate value for agents, with a strong emphasis on removing setup friction and increasing paying seats.

Qualifications

• Experience owning conversion or monetization metrics for a product.
• Proven track record shipping self-serve signup and checkout flows.
• Experience building paywalls, upgrade prompts, and in-product monetization features.
• Ability to run pricing or packaging changes with real impact.
• Experience with activation/time-to-value improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the conversion funnel from signup to paid and onboarding.
• Lead landing, signup, trial, and checkout experiences, including experiments.
• Define and implement the in-product upgrade path and seat-to-paid flow.
• Drive proactive outreach and lifecycle programs triggered by user behavior.
• Enable branded acquisition experiences for franchises and brokerages.
