Hertz Mobility Specialist, TNC is a critical part of the Hertz Local Edition team in Des Plaines, IL. As a brand ambassador, you will facilitate the fastest, easiest, and most valued rental car experience for Lyft and Uber drivers, aligning customer service with program guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills are required.
• Computer literacy and attention to detail are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑line customer service to Hertz, Lyft and Uber drivers.
• Assist with creating rental reservations, processing rentals, and preparing clean, safe vehicles.
• Handle post‑rental inquiries related to rentals and billing processes.
• Communicate program details and procedures clearly to customers.
• Answer inquiries about program requirements, extensions, and roadside questions.
• Identify revenue opportunities by engaging customers and addressing objections.
