Job summary

Hertz Local Edition seeks a Mobility Specialist to facilitate fast, easy, and valued rental experiences for Lyft and Uber drivers. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for pickup while solving inquiries and coordinating reservations.

In this role, you will handle rental processing, billing questions, and program guidelines, while promoting additional services. A strong customer service mindset, communication skills, and ability to work weekends are

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism, enthusiasm and outstanding communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Computer literate and detail oriented.
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Assist customers creating rental car reservations and processing rentals.
Provide clean and safe vehicles for customers.
Assist with post-rental inquiries involving rental and billing processes.
Answer phone inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and related topics.
Maximize revenue opportunities by offering additional services where appropriate.
Ensure vehicles are prepared for pickup with thorough inspections and fueling as needed.
