The Mobility Specialist, TNC at The Hertz Corporation serves as a brand ambassador, facilitating the fastest, easiest rental experience for Lyft and Uber drivers. The role supports processing rentals, ensuring vehicle readiness, and handling inquiries to deliver a superior customer experience.

You will promote the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program, maximize revenue opportunities, and maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness while working with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication and customer service experience.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Computer literate and detail oriented.

Responsabilités

• Assist with rental reservations, processing rentals, and vehicle readiness.
• Provide high-quality customer service and handle post-rental inquiries.
• Answer inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and billing.
• Promote additional services to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared for pickup and inspect for damage.
• Communicate program criteria and procedures clearly.
• Support shifts including weekends/holidays and outdoor work as needed.
