Job summary

Hertz Local Edition is seeking a Mobility Specialist to serve as a brand ambassador, facilitating the fastest, easiest rental car experience for Lyft/Uber drivers. The role involves processing rentals, ensuring clean, safe vehicles, and handling post-rental inquiries.

You will answer questions about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and help maximize revenue opportunities. The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work at a fast pace.

Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks.
Strong professionalism, enthusiasm and communication skills.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Computer literate and detail oriented.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Assist customers creating a rental car reservation and processing rentals.
Provide clean and safe vehicles for customers and assist with post-rental inquiries.
Answer inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and related procedures.
Maximize revenue opportunities by suggesting additional services.
Prepare vehicles for pickup including inspection and fueling checks.
