Job summary

Hertz Richardson is seeking a Mobility Specialist, TNC to serve as a brand ambassador and streamline the rental experience for Lyft and Uber drivers at the Hertz Local Edition location. In this role you will assist drivers with reservations, ensure clean and safe vehicles, and explain the Hertz/Lyft/Uber program and requirements.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in customer service.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; multilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide rental car assistance and process reservations.
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned and prepared for pickup.
• Answer inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber program and billing.
• Assist with post-rental inquiries related to billing.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by addressing customer needs.
