Job summary

Hertz Local Edition seeks a Mobility Specialist to act as a brand ambassador for the Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program. You will facilitate fast, easy rentals, assist with reservations and post-rental inquiries, and ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer pick-up.

The role requires strong communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced setting. Candidates should have a valid driver's license and be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Computer literate and detail oriented.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance creating rentals and processing rentals.
• Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up (damage checks, cleaning, fueling).
• Answer inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and billing.
• Assist with post-rental inquiries related to rental and billing processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance the rental experience.
• Solicit revenue opportunities by addressing customer needs and objections.
