Responsibilities

• Provide assistance creating a rental car reservation, processing rentals, and providing clean and safe vehicles.
• Assist customers with post-rental inquiries involving the rental and billing process.
• Answer phone inquiries about rental programs, billing, extensions, and roadside assistance.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by soliciting business after inquiries and overcoming objections.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared for pickup: check for damage, clean interior/exterior, fill gasoline and fluids.
